These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to use of the 98bdt platform ("Platform", "Website" or "98bdt"). By accessing the website or using any service you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you are asked to refrain from using the platform.

Eligibility and Account Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to register on the 98bdt platform and use its services.

2.1 Age Requirement

98bdt may request an identity document or other supporting proof for age verification at any time. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account per Person

Each individual may operate only one 98bdt account. Creating more than one account is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonus funds will be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

At the time of registration you must ensure the following:

• Provide complete and accurate personal information.
• Use an active email address that belongs to you.
• Use a valid payment method registered in your name.
• Notify 98bdt support immediately if any of your information changes.

Account Security and Responsibility

Keeping your 98bdt account secure is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds may be deposited on the 98bdt platform using the following payment methods:

Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and any such transactions will be cancelled.

98bdt offers a welcome bonus for new members: up to 100% of the first deposit, capped at ৳5,000. After claiming this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25x must be met before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• 98bdt reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the associated funds will be cancelled.
• Each user may claim each bonus only once.

5.3 VIP Program

98bdt operates a four-tier VIP program for regular members. Weekly cashback and other benefits increase as you move to higher tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

• Direction from a legal authority or court order.
• Extended inactivity for a long period (more than 12 months).
